Life- & Work Orientation
Assisting youth to discover and create.
Each person is loved and has talents. We assist youth to become aware of it and further to discover what life might have in store for them. Within our 5 Days Life- & Work orientation program participants mould their wishes into feasible steps in the areas of work, family, standard of living and leisure.
We use powerful tools as group-setting, experiential learning and mentoring that are complimented with worksheets.

The Process: from initial training to independent operation
1) Two days Orientation for local trainers
2) Training conducted by Damma wos; local trainers participate in the sessions as trainees. During this phase, the first in-depth training module for the trainers takes place.
2) Guided self-study of the training manual by the trainers.
3) Intensive on-site training for the trainers.
4) Local trainers independently conduct the training sessions under supervision.
5) The trainers become part of a global network, gaining access to various events and resources—such as trainer exchange programs, further training courses, and more.
Time Commitment
A total of at least 40 days should be allocated for this process.
Partnership Requirements
The partner organization must provide local trainers who possess—or will develop—the capacity to independently deliver the training in the future.
Financial Arrangements
As Damma wos, we focus our efforts on initiatives that generate tangible added value for young people. Depending on available resources, the costs for materials, expenses, and trainer salaries are covered—either fully or partially—by the project partner.
